I was sorting my photos of note and I just found this most inspiring image ever , that I cannot believe I had forgotten of... I love everything about this outfit, the colours, starting with the bright red lashes, the prints (notice how the horizontal stripes on the stockings are re-interpreted on the dress, and how the polka dots on the dress match the ones on the veil) , the textures, the kitschy rhinestones on the purse, ...you get it :D:D ...the perfect mix and match


p.s. do you think that I can still wear similar ensembles now that I'm almost a mum :D? I say hell yeah !!! ...I can hardly wait for my first PTA meeting :)))))

I found these items on ze Picker , a rather new site that updates daily with posts on the coolest internet finds. What I like about this particular selection is that they were posted consecutively, and you can actually make up a full outfit out of them :D. Funny coincidence ;)).Keep your eye on it, I see it has a lot of potential.

..my huge belly :D ...I have to admit I survived more than 2 thirds of the pregnancy without buying anything new (except for a pair of boots, but that doesn't count ;)) ) , I think that's truly an accomplishment :)))) . I did have a raid in my mum's closet however, and stole some stuff, but I'll return those once I'm no longer in need of loose-fitting items :D.

So....hooray for me and my wallet/bank account :)))!!!!

snow recovery

Considering that lately I've been getting around to wear either hiking boots or wellies (rigid snow vs. melted snow :D), I took advantage of the warm weather last week to dress a little more photo-worthy. Plus it was my first week@work after the winter vacation, so there you have it..

Dress: no tag, bought in New York (it was my favourite dress for a long while, and still is in my top 10 )
Vest : Strass Exclusive Brand (from Paris)
Blouse: random white cotton blouse
Wellies: Burberry
Jewelry: bracelet -a gift from my sister , cross pendant necklace-I've had for >10 years, round pendant necklace- a gift from mum
